Members of the Palladium Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame for Executing Strategy exemplify best-practice Balanced Scorecard (BSC) implementation. Members of the BSC Hall of Fame for Executing Strategy, many of whom are Palladium clients, have used the BSC to become Strategy-Focused Organizations and to achieve breakthrough results.
The BSC Hall of Fame pays tribute to their success. BSC Hall of Fame inductees are publicly recognized for the hard work and remarkable results they have achieved through news releases distributed to external media.
A senior executive from each inducted organization is also presented with a stunning Steuben crystal award at a public ceremony during one of Palladium's annual summits. This stunning Steuben crystal—aptly named "Rising Star" by its creator, Robert Cassetti—sits on a pedestal engraved with the name of the newly inducted organization. Its five glittering points represent the five principles of the Strategy-Focused Organization. It is a fitting and elegant symbol of each BSC Hall of Fame member's success. The award sits proudly in headquarter lobbies of Strategy-Focused Organizations around the world.
Membership has its privileges. In addition to publicity through press releases, inducted organizations are profiled in the annual Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame Report and the bimonthly Balanced Scorecard Report, distributed by Harvard Business Publishing.

Weichert Relocation Services, Inc. (WRRI) was inducted into the Palladium Balanced Scorecard Hall of fame for Executing Strategy in November 2008. Part of the Weichert Family of Companies, a privately held group of real estate, relocation, and financial services companies—WRRI a 15% global market share of the relocation market. WRRI adopted the BSC to implement a strategic planning and performance management system and to help manage a series of acquisitions. An unexpected benefit attributed to BSC adoption was a breakthrough innovation in supply chain management, resulting in a better customer solution, a new source of revenue, and a competitive differentiator. In three years revenue increased 46%, EBITDA increased almost 10 fold.
