Christopher D. Mordas Chief Financial Officer   Chris Mordas oversees global finances for the firm, including financial reporting, planning, and analyses; tax and legal compliance; treasury; and investor/banking relations. He is the primary management liaison to the board of directors and its audit committee. He is a licensed attorney with seventeen years of experience in private and public accounting with diverse business organizations, including a solid foundation of operational accounting, SEC filings, regulatory compliance, and executive management experience. Prior to joining Palladium in 2008, served as the internal audit director, reporting to the CFO/CEO and audit committee for Beacon Roofing Supply, a publicly held $1.1 billion distributor of roofing materials and building products in North America. Mordas led Beacon through the compliance process for its first three and a half years as a public company, successfully integrating six separate acquisitions, and navigating the company through the Sarbanes Oxley compliance process with a clean audit opinion each year. Mordas was previously a corporate controller for Wellesley Companies, Inc., a privately held real estate investment firm, assistant controller at Forrester Research, Inc., and in private legal practice. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Roger Williams University and a juris doctor degree from Roger Williams School of Law.
