Donald Ryder oversees CFO Services for the firm’s clients. He focuses on broad engagements which need to be integrated across the various areas of expertise within Palladium. Ryder joined Palladium from Fidelity Investments, where he was the CFO of Enterprise Services, a $1B division providing corporate services such as Legal, Finance, HR and Real Estate to the rest of Fidelity. Ryder was at Fidelity for 25 years, and has experience supporting Retail Distribution Channels, Marketing and Product Development, Technology, and Corporate Shared Services. While at Fidelity he was a client of Balanced Scorecard Collaborative, predecessor firm to Palladium Group, and used the Execution Premium Process at Fidelity over the next 10 years. Beyond core CFO skills, Ryder also has expertise in Finance Transformation, having been the integration leader for a two year transformation of Fidelity’s finance function. He also managed a finance team in India, where Fidelity was establishing a captive off-shore operation focused on Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing. At Palladium, Ryder has been involved in engagements in industries such as Consumer Products, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services and Insurance. He holds a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from Babson College.
