As partner & managing director of Palladium, Esteban oversees corporate development. With a strong focus on people, his 16 years of experience in the United States and EMEA, in industries such as telecom & IT, healthcare, energy & utilities, and media. Before joining Palladium, he worked in leadership positions at Mallinckrodt, Inc., Midland Bank, Telefonica, CTC, and MPG (Media Planning Group). With his visionary managerial style, he introduced HFC Cable Networks in Spain, being the first CEO of CTC, the pioneer cable operator in the Catalunya. While at MPG, Esteban was Country Manager in the U.S.A., helping MPG compete with globally renowned media agencies.
