Joan Cabezas

Managing Director, Middle East

As managing director, Joan Cabezas oversees Middle East operations. He is a globally recognized trainer and consultant on strategy execution and change management. He leads organizational transformation projects in various governments in nations like Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, and Dubai. Over the past 15 years, he has collaborated with hundreds of public and private organizations in strategy management. Prior to joining Palladium, Joan worked at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and DMR Consulting, working in the field and developing consulting practices. He holds a B.S. from the Polytechnic University of Barcelona and an MBA from University of Chicago.
