Jose Maria oversees EMEA operations. Since joining Palladium ten years ago, Jose Maria has developed a strong professional career, first appointed as the COO of Iberia Spain, later becoming the Managing Director, and more recently the COO for the EMEA region. He has also developed a robust career in consulting, working as a performance management consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, collaborating with companies such as Endesa, Iberdrola, Barcelona City Council, the Spanish government, and the Portuguese government to develop strategy management systems. The focus of his work has been on the development and definition of corporate performance tools in large, complex organizations. Jose Maria holds Bachelor’s degree in business administration and MBA from ESADE Business School, as well as a Master’s in international management from McGill University.
