He has helped senior officers successfully execute strategic business solutions that fully realize the expected business outcomes on time and within budget Prior to joining Palladium, Hefner was a co-founder and senior partner with Conner Partners Strategy Execution Services, national practice leader of Ernst & Young’s Business Change Implementation Practice, and national practice leader for KPMG’s Organizational Change Management Practice. Hefner has worked in the U.S. and overseas in the pharmaceutical, consumer product, technology, manufacturing, and financial services industries. He has extensive experience applying strategy execution and change management methodologies to help clients improve and realize breakthrough business results. Hefner is a sought after advisor and speaker by senior executives facing business execution challenges. He has advised and spoken to senior management teams in the United States, Canada, South America, Australia, Europe, and the former Soviet Union. Hefner holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business administration from Central Michigan University, and a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Long Beach State.
