Pablo Diego Senior Managing Director, Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA)   Pablo Diego oversees Palladium’s EMEA region. He has more than 25 years of experience in management consulting. From a background in psychology and industrial organization, he began his career in the field of human capital and change management, eventually leading this practice for Anderson Consulting, now Accenture. Diego then served as the CEO of both Tutor; a firm specializing in human resources management, and Sponsor Management; a strategy consultancy. Under his leadership, Sponsor became Spain and Portugal’s leading strategy management firm, later becoming the first affiliate of Balanced Scorecard Collaborative, Inc. (BSCol). BSCol acquired Sponsor in May 2006. Since then, under Diego’s leadership, Palladium’s EMEA region has performed exceptionally well. Diego earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial psychology at University of Barcelona, and an MBA at IESE, Business, University of Navarra, Spain.
