Robert Held oversees Financial Services for the firm. He brings extensive experience to in help clients with executive coaching, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, competitive benchmarking, financial reporting, operational management, product and channel marketing. Held’s industry experience includes automotive, communications, construction, financial services, pharmaceuticals, private equity, discrete and process manufacturing, and software. He joined Palladium from investment advisory firm Lagunita Capital, where he served as managing director. Previously, he was a partner at The Watermill Group, a private equity firm; president of Gramercy Consulting, a strategy management firm; director of business development for Sonus Networks, telephony switching equipment company; director of product and channel marketing for Merlot Communications, a communications equipment provider; and a consultant with Monitor Group, a management consulting firm. Held also was an elementary school teacher with Teach for America, a model inner-city program. Held holds a BA in English from Stanford University and an MBA from Yale School of Management.
