Monitoring and Evaluating
Monitoring and evaluating long-term social, environmental and economic impact
As the global work-place has become ever more inter-connected and transparent, the demands of all stakeholders have become ever more intense, requiring organisations to move beyond the demonstration and reporting of immediate commercial outcomes to the demonstration of longer term social, environmental and economic impacts.
Palladium works with our local teams in 100 countries to collect and analyse primary and secondary data, and help organisations to measure the real long-term impact of their activities.
Palladium does this through the application of an innovative Actor-based Behaviour Change causal model that maps the different actor groups in a system, articulates the behaviours among, and relationships between, these groups, and identifies how goods and services provide opportunities to facilitate sustainable behavioural changes among other actors in the system.
