Hamed Al-Safi is Director of Government Performance Management, General Secretariat of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, United Arab Emirates. He is responsible for performance monitoring and evaluation of the delivery of policies, strategies and programs for Abu Dhabi Government.

José Luis del Valle is Chief Strategy and Research Officer at Spain-based Iberdrola, one of the world’s leading electric utilities and the largest renewable energy operator. A member of the company’s management committee, he is the former CEO of Scottish Power and the former CFO of Banco Santander Central Hispano.

Dr. Jesus Estanislao is Chairman of the Institute for Solidarity in Asia, an organization promoting national governance, and head of the Institute of Corporate Directors, a corporate governance organization. A former Secretary of Finance of the Philippines, he is the author of several books, including Philippines 2030 Journey to Nationhood: Towards A National Community of Responsible Citizens. 

Takehiko Nagumo is Senior Vice President and Strategic Performance Manager, at Union Bank. He held a similar position at The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (a Palladium Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame member). Sanjay J. Poonen is EVP and GM of Global Business User and Line-of-Business Sales for SAP, with full go-to-market responsibility for the solution portfolio, and reports to the CEO of SAP. Poonen has extensive entrepreneurial and large company experience, including 12+ years in the analytics industry. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated Baker Scholar.
