In-House Training

 

For almost a decade Palladium has provided in-house executive education aimed at helping executives and managers build the skills necessary to implement the Strategy within their organization.

 

In-house courses are typically delivered in 1/2 day, 1 day, and 2 day formats depending upon the number of managers involved in the training and the depth of information desired by participants.

 

These intensive, executive development sessions provide an opportunity to learn Strategy Implementation skills ranging from building a Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecard to conducting Strategy Review Meetings.

 

The sessions incorporate a mixture of classroom style instruction and hands on practical application using your strategic content—all guided by expert Palladium certified practitioners.

 

 

The In-House Training Curriculum

  1. Developing Strategy with the Balanced Scorecard—this seminar, covers the principles of developing an effective strategy.  From setting mission, vision and values and establishing the planning gap to selecting key issues and formulating a strategy, delegates will learn how the architecture of the Strategy Map provides the ideal means to create an effective strategy.
  2. Mapping Strategy with the Balanced Scorecard—this seminar, covers the design and development of the Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecard. Delegates will learn about Balanced Scorecard concepts and the design process, process preparation and Strategy Mapping, measurement develop, target setting, initiative prioritization, getting to first report and becoming a Strategy-Focused Organization.
  3. Cascading Strategy with the Balanced Scorecard—this seminar, reviews organizational and individual cascading methods, vertical alignment (cascading to line units), horizontal alignment (between peer units), communicating the BSC across the organization, strategic job families, making strategy everyone's job and aligning rewards and incentive compensation.
  4. Executing Strategy with the Balanced Scorecard—this seminar, discusses establishing the Office of Strategy Management (OSM), Balanced Scorecard reporting, linking budgeting and process management to the Balanced Scorecard, leading change, leading governance and the career of the Strategy Manager.
