Optional Business Excellence "War Game"

Join Palladium and the ISA for a powerful interactive Business Excellence "War Game" Simulation experience where the concepts discussed in the two day programme will be put into action.

The lucky delegates that are able to secure a spot in this optional day three session will be split into groups and formed as teams to compete with their colleagues for top honours!

The session will feature a common scenario and will require the participants to apply sound governance and strategy execution methods to create value for a realistic but fictional organisation.

The winning team will receive a trophy, certificate and bragging rights.

The simulation session will be run by Vittorio Molinari, a Palladium professional with over 10 years experience building simulations for organisations such as Hewlett Packard, IBM, and others that use simulation techniques to anticipate market changes and adjust their strategies accordingly.
