Reflecting on this experience and factoring in management trends relevant to today’s executive, Dr Norton will comment on his key thoughts on the important issues for the next decade with a particular focus on Strategy Execution and Governance. Dr Norton will provide thoughtful commentary on what to look for and where to focus in the near future.
