Executive Working Groups

Palladium has developed a series of Executive Working Groups to support our client’s interest in addressing their challenges through a membership-based community of subject matter experts and anywhere from 10 to 30 member organizations. Group participants gather several times throughout the year to jointly examine key issues as identified by the membership and work together to develop emerging best practices that can be applied to their respective environments in a real-time basis. Office of Strategy Management Executive Working Group
This program provides members with expert advice and education on strategy execution. The Executive Working Group is specifically designed for senior executives as they begin their journey in making strategy execution a core competency in their organizations. The program is structured around a comprehensive agenda during which members create and execute an office of strategy management. This disciplined program includes benchmarks, workshops, peer networks, conferences and access to subject matter experts.

Assessments

Today, there is no shortage of opinions on where you should invest your time, money and resources for improving your organization. The problem sometimes exists in where to exactly start and where will you get the greatest return on your efforts. Palladium Assessments are designed to help our clients understand how to best rationalize and prioritize where they should invest.
