These best-practice toolkits enable you to leverage the assets and efforts of previous clients to achieve breakthrough performance.
Following the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame for Executing Strategy over 7 years ago, the Palladium community requested access to best practice examples on these organizations. Naturally, users wanted to learn innovative and successful approaches on managing strategy with the Balanced Scorecard. In response to these requests, Palladium introduced a suite of Strategy Execution Toolkits that continues to grow with every new class to be inducted into the BSC Hall of Fame for Executing Strategy.
Each Strategy Execution Toolkit contains a diverse set of educational assets that will appeal to almost any type of learner. The front end of every toolkit is a syllabus that provides logic and structure to the compilation of learning assets included in the kit.
Guru Overview: Balanced Scorecard co-creator David Norton speaks about his experience helping organizations execute strategy in a 15-minute Flash video.
Definitions: Critical SFO principles and best practice terms are clearly defined.
