Abdullah is the Middle East Regional Director of Palladium, he is responsible for all of Palladium's engagements in the GCC to deliver results and achieve its growth plans. With over 12 years of an impressive trajectory in implementations in strategic planning and excellence across the world and specifically in GCC countries, including the development of one of the largest frameworks for performance management in the world. Several of the entities that Abdullah has worked with have achieved local and international recognitions as a result of successful framework deployments. Abdullah has also been involved in projects in strategy planning and execution in Kuwait ,Saudi, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Egypt, Qatar, Canada, US and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Palladium, Abdullah worked as an advisor for the Government of Canada and was part of the FSWEP Program in Ontario Canada . Fluent in English and Arabic, Abdullah is a researcher and active writer publishing number of articles in the space of strategy and performance management. Also he has extensive training experience in the field of strategy execution. Abdullah has a MA in Leadership and Innovation from York St. John University, UK and a Bachelors (Honors) Degree in Commerce and a Double Minor Degree in Economics and Political Science from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.
