Cassian operates at the intersection of governments, markets and society. Over a twenty-one year career with experience working in more than twenty-three developed and developing countries, Cassian has led public and private sector reforms aimed at enabling systemic change to address complex economic, environmental and social sector challenges. He previously served as Senior Executive Advisor on economic development to the Abu Dhabi Government, served HM Government Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, and was an advisor on public sector and social reform with global strategy firm Booz and Company and Deloitte. Cassian holds an MBA from the London Business School, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Queensland University of Technology. He has undertaken executive education in Public Private Partnerships through the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
