Indira Ahluwalia Honoured at Sikh Awards

Palladium is pleased to celebrate the achievement of Indira Kaur Ahluwalia at the 2015 Sikh Awards, which recognises successes of members of the Sikh community worldwide. Indira, founder of Development & Training Services, Inc. (dTS), now a part of Palladium, was honoured as the winner of the category Sikhs in Business – 2015 Sikh Business Woman of the Year.

Throughout her career, Indira has combined entrepreneurship and advocacy to create positive impact by enabling equality systemically on the strength of individual differences. dTS, which she established in 2002, inculcated equality, accountability, and sustainability in international development in over 90 countries. Now a part of Palladium, dTS adds its expertise in gender integration and social inclusion, monitoring and evaluation, and capacity development and learning to Palladium’s growing portfolio. Indira also applies her expertise within Palladium, where she heads an internal initiative to strengthen diversity and inclusion throughout the company while also supporting strategy and growth in the US market.
