Palladium's New CEO Announced

Dear All,

I’ve been with Palladium since 1982, and growing this company into a truly global impact firm has been great fun and one of the ongoing highlights of my life (next to watching my children grow up, and marrying Lydia). Now, it’s with pride and enthusiasm that I announce my successor, Palladium’s new CEO effective 01 October 2018: Chris Hirst.

Chris has been with Palladium for nearly 20 years, working across the business in both project and corporate roles. In addition to his talent as a strategist and strong business acumen, he first became interested in our work because of his passion for social change and desire to make the world a better, more equitable place.

I employed Chris and have watched him grow and develop into a true leader, and it fills me with enormous pride to see him prepare to take over from me. I have always told my colleagues within Palladium that the most rewarding as well as the most frustrating moments of my career have been our people – Chris is definitely one of the most rewarding.

As for me, I’ll be staying on as Managing Director for an indefinite period (albeit at a reduced pace) and working to ensure a smooth transition over the next six months. After that I will remain totally committed to the growth of Palladium and will always be here to support Chris and our other senior executives.

Please join me in congratulating Chris. This exciting and emotional decision has been years in the making, and I look forward to working closely with Chris and with Palladium as we continue to make a better world possible for many years to come.

Cheers,
Kim
