    Dr. Rosanna Duncan
    Chief Diversity Officer

    Rosanna Duncan is Chief Diversity Officer at Palladium, a global impact firm with operations in over 90 countries.

    Rosanna joined Palladium in 2016 to develop and implement a strategy for diversity and inclusion (D&I). This has involved maximising the opportunities that can be realised by embracing D&I for employees, clients, supply chains, and the company’s bottom line. She is also the Chair of Palladium’s cutting-edge Sustainable Business Steering Group.

    Rosanna draws upon a 20+ year record of multi-sector achievement that includes embedding D&I contractor requirements into Europe’s largest infrastructure project, High Speed Rail (HS2) Ltd. Underpinning her experience are a PhD and chartered membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), as well as a significant body of research and internationally published work on a range of D&I-related topics.

    Rosanna is also a member of UK Research & Innovation’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion external advisory group. Rosanna is a frequent speaker and panellist, with engagements including the televised National Press Club of Australia Global Summit of Women Address.
