Palladium is seeking a vendor to provide Activity-Based Costing and Management (ABC/M) in Lesotho to gather information on the resources used and costs to provide select services at above-site, facility, and community levels, and to use the information collected to guide the Government of Lesotho to make informed decisions to allocate resources, improve monitoring efforts, and increase efficiency.

As part of this ABC/M application, Palladium is seeking a local collaborating institution (LCI) - a Lesotho organisation or a regionally-based organisation in the southern Africa region - with familiarity of Lesotho context, and the ability to implement activities in Lesotho, meeting the following objectives with the support of Palladium:

• Help stakeholders identify resources used and costs for HIV, Tuberculosis, Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health, and non-communicable disease service provision.
• Support the goal of moving the Government of Lesotho and its in-country partners toward higher levels of country ownership and sustainability of HIV, Tuberculosis, Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health, and non-communicable disease programs.
