The New Colombo Plan (NCP) offers scholarships and grants to Australian undergraduates to study and undertake internships in the Indo-Pacific region. Palladium is contracted by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) to provide managed administration and support services (MASS) to NCP.

Palladium requires a Service Provider to design and deliver an on-country First Nations study tour in Australia in mid-2024. The study tour objective is to help scholars gain a deeper awareness of First Nations culture, history, and experiences, and prepare them to reflect on First Nations knowledge during their overseas scholarship program.
