The Pacific Labour Facility (PLF) works with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) to support the administration of the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme and facilitate opportunities for Australian employers to connect with workers from the Pacific and Timor-Leste. The PLF is managed by Palladium and has been established as a trusted intermediary in supporting Australia-Pacific circular labour mobility.

The PLF is seeking to engage a website developer to design and build a website for the Papua New Guinea (PNG) Labour Mobility Unit that will support the information needs of participants in PNG, Australia, and New Zealand.
