Palladium's Trade Reform and Development in Egypt (TRADE) project is looking for a consultant to conduct a gap analysis and develop an action plan to streamline the Duty Drawback System in Egypt.
The consultant will assess and provide concrete recommendations for enhancing the existing system and is expected to provide the Egyptian Customs Authority (ECA) and Ministry and Trade and Industry (MTI) with a thorough analysis of the system's strengths and weaknesses. The assessment will also identify the essential elements necessary for implementing changes in the system in Egypt. This may involve regulatory adjustments as well as technical and institutional modifications.
