Charles was a prominent adviser in our legacy team from 2020 to 2022 and continued his active connections with our team members. Charles now works at the Australian national broadcaster, ABC. He previously facilitated training, contributed to our strategy and helped to develop our virtual agent.

Charles specialises in disability training and awareness, accessibility reviews and community consultations and is enthusiastic about making a difference to workplaces and organisations around Australia. He has lived with a disability for more than 10 years after a motorbike accident in 2010 left him a quadriplegic. Having experienced life as disabled and non-disabled, Charles brings a unique perspective to the Maven team and in his advice to clients.
